Dr Timothy Finnigan

Dr Finnigan has been involved in ocean engineering for 18 years, including ten years focused exclusively on ocean power conversion. From 2001-2005 he was the Technical Director of Energetech Australia (now Oceanlinx Ltd). Prior to this, Dr Finnigan was involved in research and technology commercialisation in both academic and industry positions in the US, Canada and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics, a Masters degree in Environmental Fluid Mechanics, and a PhD in Marine Engineering.

Derek Bolling

Financial Controller and Company Secretary

Derek is an accountant with an MBA in general management and information systems. He has held various senior management positions, including as financial controller and company secretary for both private and listed technology companies. Derek has particular expertise in business restructuring and cost reduction, finance sourcing, and market development.
