David Iverach

Chairman
David has over 40 years experience at the executive level in the public and private sectors. Most recently, as CEO of Transfield Investments, he has played a leading role in the development of Transfield’s alternative energy businesses in Australia. He is experienced in the development of complex infrastructure and technology related projects and businesses involving private equity and negotiations with Governments.
Dr Timothy Finnigan
BASc, MASc, PhD, CPEng
Managing Director
Dr Finnigan has been involved in ocean engineering for 18 years, including ten years focused exclusively on ocean power conversion. From 2001-2005 he was the Technical Director of Energetech Australia (now Oceanlinx Ltd). Prior to this, Dr Finnigan was involved in research and technology commercialisation in both academic and industry positions in the US, Canada and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics, a Masters degree in Environmental Fluid Mechanics, and a PhD in Marine Engineering.
Bill Highland

Non-Executive Director
Bill is an investment manager with CVC Investment Managers Limited. He has extensive general management experience across the full business life-cycle.
This encompasses start-ups in Australia, USA and China, acquisitions and joint ventures, revitalisations and turn around assignments, restructuring in Australia/NZ and Europe, and multinational divestments during his time with OPSM, BTR Nylex, Boral and the CVC Group. Additionally, Bill has served as a Director and Chairman on both public and private companies, plus joint venture boards.
Aaron Spicer

Aaron is a director of Lend Lease's venture capital business, Australia's largest dedicated cleantech investor. Aaron joined Lend Lease in 2001 and its venture capital business in 2007. He has more than 19 years' experience in the Australian property sector having held senior roles in finance, general management and acquisitions.
